We completed a comprehensive concrete coating project for this residential home in Liberty Lake. Our team treated the front porch, entry walkway, and the large covered backyard patio to address surface cracking and visible wear. We began the process by assessing moisture levels and grinding the existing concrete surfaces to ensure a proper profile for the new system. We applied a durable polyurea basecoat followed by a Penntek Travertine flake broadcast and a high-performance polyaspartic topcoat. This multi-step installation repaired visible hairline cracks while creating a seamless, textured finish. The final result provided a durable, slip-resistant surface that significantly enhanced the home's exterior living spaces.
