We completed a full concrete restoration and coating project for this front porch and entryway in Clarkston. Our team addressed several surface issues, including spalling, crumbling edges, and structural cracks, to ensure a stable foundation for the new finish. We performed extensive moisture testing and surface grinding to prepare the concrete for a long-lasting bond. For the final finish, we applied the Penntek Pebble Beach 1/4 inch chip system, which provides a durable and slip-resistant surface. This multi-layer application included a polyurea basecoat and a high-performance polyaspartic topcoat to protect the porch from heavy foot traffic and UV exposure. The result is a clean, uniform look that significantly enhances the home's curb appeal while providing superior protection against the elements.
