We completed a multi-surface concrete floor coating project for this residential property in Rathdrum, Idaho. Our process began with industrial grinding and precision moisture testing to ensure the concrete was properly prepared for the new finish. We applied a Penntek industrial coating system using the Battleship Hybrid color flake, resulting in a seamless and durable surface across the garage and exterior porch. This polyurea and polyaspartic system provides a slip-resistant, chemical-resistant finish that will withstand the local climate for years to come.
