We revitalized an aging concrete patio and its connecting walkways for this Kennewick residence. Our team began by addressing existing surface issues, including deep cracks and significant staining, while performing professional moisture testing to ensure the concrete was ready for treatment. By repairing these imperfections, we created a stable and uniform foundation for the final application. For the finish, we applied our Limestone Hybrid coating system to the entire outdoor living area and side paths. This multi-layered polyaspartic and polyurea system provides a durable, speckled surface that effectively hides previous damage while offering modern aesthetic appeal. The completed project transformed the backyard into a clean, functional space that is built to withstand the local climate for years to come.
