We revitalized this residential patio space, repairing structural cracks and surface imperfections to create a solid foundation. After grinding the concrete to achieve the proper profile, we applied a moisture-mitigating primer followed by a durable polyurea basecoat. We finished the installation with a custom Turquoise Hybrid flake broadcast and a UV-resistant aliphatic topcoat for a seamless, professional finish. This high-performance coating provides a low-maintenance, resilient surface built to withstand local weather and heavy foot traffic. The upgrade transformed worn, stained concrete into a cohesive, usable area that enhances the overall utility and value of the home.
