We transformed this large pole barn shop in Royal City by repairing and coating the existing concrete surface. Our team began by conducting moisture tests and repairing several hairline cracks and control joints with high-strength polyurethane materials to ensure a stable foundation. After grinding the floor to achieve the correct profile, we applied a multi-layer Penntek industrial coating system with a shale hybrid flake finish. We completed the installation with a high-performance aliphatic topcoat designed to withstand heavy vehicle traffic and chemical spills. This durable new surface provides a clean, professional environment for vehicle storage and workshop activities.
