We transformed the garage floor, driveway apron, and exterior walkways of this Mica log home. Our team began by grinding the concrete and performing moisture testing to ensure optimal adhesion, followed by structural repairs to cracks and spalled areas using specialized polyurea menders. We then applied a durable Penntek polyurea basecoat and a full broadcast of decorative Claystone and Sandstone flakes. A UV-stable polyaspartic topcoat was added to provide a resilient, slip-resistant finish that protects the concrete against heavy use and the local climate. This complete resurfacing project significantly improved the property's durability and curb appeal.
