We revitalized this Hayden residence by upgrading the existing concrete patio. Our team ground the surface and addressed all cracks and spalls to establish a solid foundation before applying a durable Quartzite Hybrid polyurea coating system. This multi-layer finish provides a slip-resistant, weather-hardened surface that unifies the backyard and outdoor deck area. The new coating improves both the functionality and longevity of the space for daily use.
