We completed a comprehensive concrete floor restoration and coating project for this Spokane residence. We began the process by performing moisture testing and mechanical grinding to ensure a durable bond for the new system. We repaired extensive surface spalling and cracks using specialized repair mortars before applying a moisture-mitigating primer. For the finish, we installed a multi-colored flake system topped with a polyaspartic coating for maximum durability and UV resistance. The final result provided a seamless, easy-to-clean surface that significantly improved the utility of the garage.
