We completed a full garage floor transformation for a residential property in Spokane Valley. Our team began by evaluating the existing concrete with digital moisture meters and preparing the surface using professional grinding equipment to ensure a proper profile. We addressed floor cracks and applied a moisture-mitigating epoxy primer to create a stable foundation for the new system. We applied a high-solids polyurea basecoat in the Shale Hybrid color blend, followed by a full broadcast of decorative flakes. To protect the surface, we installed a polyaspartic topcoat that provides chemical and abrasion resistance for the multi-car garage space. The finished floor offers a durable, non-porous surface that is much easier to maintain than raw concrete.
