We completed a comprehensive garage floor transformation for a residence in Spokane. The process began with clearing the space and performing detailed moisture testing to ensure the concrete slab was ready for a long-lasting application. We then prepared the surface by grinding the concrete and repairing minor imperfections to create a seamless foundation. Our team applied a multi-layer Penntek polyurea coating system, featuring a slate hybrid flake finish that significantly enhanced the durability and appearance of the space. We used high-strength basecoats and an aliphatic topcoat to provide a slip-resistant, UV-stable surface that can withstand heavy vehicle traffic and daily wear. This upgrade turned a standard utility area into a clean, functional extension of the home.
