We completed a comprehensive patio transformation for this residence in Yakima. Our team addressed several structural cracks in the existing concrete slab and performed detailed moisture testing to ensure a durable bond for the new surface. We thoroughly prepared the concrete before applying a multi-layer polyurea and polyaspartic coating system. We used a Stone and Marble Hybrid color blend to create a sophisticated finish that complements the outdoor living space. The process included the use of Penntek industrial-grade basecoats and topcoats, resulting in a smooth, UV-stable surface that resists future cracking and wear. This project significantly improved the functionality and visual appeal of the backyard seating area.
