We restored the front porch and walkway of this Cheney residence by repairing structural cracks and surface spalling. Our team performed mechanical grinding and moisture testing to ensure the concrete was ready for a durable, high-performance polyurea basecoat and Penntek polyaspartic topcoat. We finished the project with a Claystone Hybrid flake application. This multi-layer system created a seamless, slip-resistant surface that offers long-term protection against the elements and significantly improves the home's curb appeal. The new coating restores the functionality of the entry area while preventing further concrete deterioration.
