We completed a full garage floor transformation for a client in Richland, focusing on durability and a high-end finish. Our process began with comprehensive moisture testing and surface preparation to ensure a long-lasting bond with the existing concrete. We addressed minor cracks and surface imperfections before applying a professional-grade coating system. For this project, we utilized a multi-step polyurea system including a high-solids basecoat and a custom hybrid flake broadcast. After clearing the excess flake, we applied a protective topcoat to provide a slip-resistant, UV-stable surface that stands up to heavy vehicle traffic. The final result is a seamless, easy-to-clean floor that significantly enhances the functionality and aesthetics of the workspace.
