We completed a full garage floor transformation for a residential property in Mead. Our team began with extensive moisture testing and surface preparation, which included grinding the concrete and repairing existing cracks and spalls using Penntek Mender X2. We applied a multi-layer coating system featuring a Penntek XP 275 polyurea basecoat and a 1/4-inch Tidal Wave flake broadcast. The project was finished with a durable TRX 300 polyaspartic topcoat to provide long-lasting protection and a slip-resistant surface. This new flooring system effectively sealed the concrete while providing a clean and uniform appearance.
