We completed a concrete patio and walkway transformation in Spokane Valley. Our team prepared the surfaces with rigorous moisture testing before applying a high-performance polyurea coating system. This process ensured optimal adhesion and long-term durability for the outdoor living area. We finished the project with a Mt. Everest 1/4-inch flake blend to create a slip-resistant, granite-like surface. The resulting coating provides a seamless, low-maintenance finish built to withstand the regional climate while enhancing overall backyard functionality.
