We completed a comprehensive surface coating project for this residential pool deck and hot tub area in Kennewick. Our team prepared the existing stamped concrete surfaces to ensure a durable bond for the new multi-layer system. We focused on the transition areas between the above-ground pool, the elevated swim spa, and the surrounding walkways. We applied a Penntek polyaspartic coating system featuring a 1/4" Pebble Beach flake finish. Before application, we performed thorough moisture testing and surface grinding to address existing spalling and ensure long-term performance. The final result provided a slip-resistant, UV-stable surface that unified the backyard’s various concrete and composite elements. This upgraded finish offers superior protection against the moisture and chemicals typical of pool and spa environments.
