Under the old shingles on this Omaha home, several sections of decking had soft, water-darkened spots. Our crew stripped the roof to the boards, replaced the bad decking with new OSB, and covered the deck in Tri-Built synthetic underlayment with ice and water membrane along the sidewalls. We framed and set a new skylight, reflashed the brick chimney, and finished the roof in dark architectural shingles.
