Ada House Hotel Exterior Remodel
Our team recently completed an exterior renovation of the Ada House Hotel in downtown Ada, blending preserved brick masonry with striking new architectural detail. The standout feature is a rounded corner turret with a bay window, built out using Azek exterior trim in crisp white to create an ornate, dimensional look with decorative paneling, dentil molding, and a layered cornice. Custom PVC trim was used throughout to wrap the rooflines and window surrounds, giving the building crisp, durable lines that hold up beautifully against the original red brick facade. James Hardie fiber cement siding was used to reside additional sections of the exterior in matching white, tying the new architectural elements together with the rest of the building. The result is a striking mix of historic charm and refined craftsmanship, the kind of detail work that makes a downtown building stand out on its block.
