We managed the construction of this custom residential home in Greenville, Michigan, from initial structural framing through exterior finishing. Our team handled the comprehensive assembly of wooden roof trusses, interior wood and metal stud partitions, and the installation of high-performance ZIP System exterior sheathing. Essential mechanical components, including plumbing rough-ins and electrical wiring, were also integrated throughout the interior. For the exterior envelope, we installed Andersen black-framed multi-panel sliding glass doors and matching windows, providing a modern aesthetic alongside lasting energy efficiency. The siding package features custom color prefinished James Hardie straight edge shakes, complemented by rough-sawn trim, James Hardie soffit, and fascia — delivering a distinctive, low-maintenance finish. Our team is currently completing the siding installation and framing the deck. The interior was prepared for completion with CertainTeed fiberglass batt insulation and spray foam sealant to maximize thermal performance and long-term comfort.
