This project involved a comprehensive renovation of a lakefront cottage, spanning both exterior and interior scopes of work. On the exterior, our team rebuilt the front and back decks using AZEK PVC decking in French White Oak with TimberTech Impressions railing, selected for their durability in a waterfront environment. The building envelope was renewed with CertainTeed vinyl lap siding and board and batten, new Quality Edge aluminum soffit and fascia, and AZEK PVC trim. Custom cedar columns were installed at the entry, prefinished by our sister company, Grand Finishes. Interior work included a full kitchen renovation with new white cabinetry, along with the construction of a new four-season room. That space features custom prefinished white Pine V Groove wall paneling, new Pella windows, and a custom prefinished blue Pine V Groove ceiling, all finished by Grand Finishes. This project reflects the value of having an integrated, in house finishing partner, with consistent quality and a cohesive look across every custom wood element in the home.
