Project in East Grand Rapids

We removed all existing siding down to the original wood plank walls and installed new Tyvek housewrap. A new front door and Andersen windows were added. The exterior was updated with James Hardie straight edge shakes in Arctic White, along with James Hardie Cedarmill trim in Arctic White, stacked to match the original fascia design. James Hardie Cedarmill lap siding in Arctic White was also installed. The project was finished with new 6" seamless aluminum gutters and downspouts, stained wood added to the porch ceiling, and new decorative brackets installed on the home.
