Dacp Construction DACP Construction is performing heavy civil and underground utility work on the Ormond CN Railway Culverts Project in Destrehan, St. Charles Parish. This large-scale drainage initiative involves jack-and-bore installation of multiple 54- to 60-inch diameter steel pipe culverts beneath active CN Railway tracks. The project is designed to alleviate chronic neighborhood flooding by significantly increasing stormwater flow capacity from the south to north sides of the railway. DACP Construction's scope includes excavation, heavy equipment staging, and site restoration along the railway right-of-way. The project is funded through federal CDBG-MIT grants and local parish funds.
