We constructed a custom-built composite deck at this Beckley residence to expand the home's outdoor living space. Our team performed site excavation to install concrete pier footings and built a pressure-treated structural frame, which we secured directly to the brick exterior with a new ledger board. The project finished with the installation of tan composite decking and a durable black metal railing system. To ensure easy backyard access, we integrated wide stairs leading from the new platform to the lawn. We also managed the necessary grading and site preparation to ensure a level base for the new structure. This installation provides the homeowners with a low-maintenance, reliable space for outdoor gatherings and daily use.
