We completed a comprehensive exterior renovation that included a custom deck build, siding repairs, and professional hardscaping. Our team replaced a failing, weathered deck with a new composite structure and a covered porch area featuring exposed rafters. We also addressed significant structural wood rot along the rim joists and log cabin walls to ensure the home's integrity. For the finishes, we installed tan composite decking with dark trim and a modern metal cable railing system for unobstructed views. We integrated a custom stone veneer fireplace into the porch and laid an irregular flagstone walkway through the yard. Upgraded PVC drainage and new wooden gates were also installed to improve the property’s overall functionality and site value.
