We completed a comprehensive exterior renovation in Ronceverte, WV, focusing on structural repairs and the addition of a custom outdoor living space. Our team repaired significant masonry cracks and framed out new structural openings to accommodate high-performance windows and a Pella sliding glass door. We then constructed a robust elevated deck frame secured with Simpson Strong-Tie hardware to ensure maximum durability. For the finish, we installed premium composite decking paired with a Westbury aluminum railing system in a sleek black finish. The project required precise concrete footing installation and professional masonry integration with the existing concrete block structure. This transformation successfully turned a plain exterior into a functional, low-maintenance retreat that highlights the surrounding rural landscape.
