We performed a full roof replacement on this Davis home, transitioning the structure from failing wood shakes to high-performance architectural shingles. The project involved stripping the weathered, moss-covered cedar shakes and preparing the roof deck for a modern, weather-tight system. We also installed new gutters to ensure the entire exterior was protected from potential water damage. Our team utilized Malarkey Windsor designer shingles to maintain the classic aesthetic of the original home while providing superior durability. We carefully integrated a new skylight and installed custom flashing around the prominent chimney chase to ensure a leak-free finish. The completed project delivers lasting protection and a refreshed look for the property.
