Flashing wrong installation

Customer contacted us 8 months after another company installed the roof, that company install wrong the kickout Flashing and never respond to come fix it and they call us we provide the estimate and customer approved it we do the repair and do a weather test and no see any leaks and costumers happy with the job completed.
