During the storms in July, the property owner contacted us at 9:45 pm to go install an emergency tarp. We filed a claim with the insurance since there was also damage to the ceiling and the floor covering. It was a somewhat long process because the adjusters sent the wrong measurements, so we contacted them, and in the end, the entire roof was replaced, the ceiling was repaired, and the entire second-floor flooring was replaced.
