Beautiful New Covered Patio

After completing the homeowners' roof they asked if we could build them a new covered patio and that's what we did and it turned out awesome! After tearing out the old rotten deck a new slab foundation was poured before building the patio. The design was comprised of cedar 6 x 6 posts tied into the existing roof and back exterior wall. The finishing touches included paint, a new asphalt shingle roof to match the home's existing shingles, and a drop-down ceiling with recessed lighting, electrical outlets, and two ceiling fans. Installed a new door and screened door to give the final product a beautiful clean finish. The homeowners are thrilled with the outcome, and so are we.
