Our team removed the existing three-tab shingles down to the decking and installed IKO Cambridge shingles with a 30-year architectural design. We also repaired the damaged fascia boards caused by squirrels, replaced the trim around the chimney with a 1 x 4 hardie board, added hardie trim board around the windows, and placed trim at the base of the siding around the house.
