We completed the interior build-out of these two modern residential carriage houses in Kelowna. Our team focused on achieving a high-end finish for the interior surfaces by executing a Level 5 drywall application and applying a professional-grade Precoat primer to ceilings. This meticulous preparation provided a smooth, consistent base for the final paint application throughout the living spaces. These modern units now feature seamless surfaces and a clean, uniform aesthetic designed for long-term durability. To ensure the Tenants in the Suite had the best Sound rating, we installed SonoPan on the Suite ceilings and party walls.
