We just got started on a full interior renovation of a multi-story home in New Haven. Our team is in the demolition phase right now, pulling out the old carpeting, dated wood paneling, and damaged bathroom fixtures to make room for what's coming next. There's wall repair and drywall patching happening throughout the home to prep every surface for the finish work ahead. Once the prep is buttoned up, we'll be installing dark-stained hardwood floors and luxury vinyl planking across the living spaces for a durable finish. The bathroom is also on the list — new tile wainscoting, fresh baseboard trim, and paint. There's still a lot of work between now and the finished version, but the heavy lifting is well underway.
