We performed seasonal property maintenance and exterior groundskeeping for this multi-story residential building in New Haven. Our team focused on clearing weeds and overgrown vegetation from the building foundation and along the various perimeter fence lines. We addressed the front entryway, narrow side walkways, and the private backyard area to ensure a clean and well-kept appearance across the entire site. Using gas-powered string trimmers and backpack leaf blowers, we detailed the edges along the chain-link and wooden picket fences. We also cleared all debris from the concrete patios and walkways, ensuring that high-traffic areas remained clear of grass clippings and leaves. This comprehensive maintenance service improved the functional use of the outdoor spaces and significantly enhanced the property’s curb appeal.
