Our team is preparing for extensive drywall installation across the ceilings and walls, recessed lighting integration, and structural subfloor repairs. The demolition and rough-in phases are underway in several living areas to make way for a complete modern update. In the bathroom, we'll be installing a new porcelain bathtub paired with marble-patterned wall tiles and brushed nickel fixtures. The exterior will be refreshed with light olive-green vinyl siding and a new front door featuring an oval glass insert. Throughout the residence, the project will focus on lasting improvements including hardwood floor refinishing and white marble-look tile in the entryway.
