This Albuquerque tile roof was leaking at a skylight. Our crew carefully removed the tile, old battens, and underlayment. APOC Weather Armor was used to replace the old and worn underlayment. After the new battens were installed, the tile was put back in place. Then new mortar was installed around the skylight. A protective layer of paint was applied to protect the new mortar.
