We completed a comprehensive flat roof replacement for this northeast heights Albuquerque property, starting with the full removal of the aged and failing roofing material. During the tear-off process, we identified areas of significant wood rot. We then replaced all damaged wood to provide a secure and level surface for the new system. To improve drainage on the main roof, we applied a custom EPS slope before installing the 60 mil Versico tan TPO membrane. Our team meticulously flashed and sealed all the parapet walls and roof penetrations. We closed off some of the unused skylights and replaced the rest with new custom double-dome skylights. This upgrade provides the home with a durable, weather-tight solution tailored for the intense New Mexico sun.
