We completed a full flat roof replacement on this residence in Albuquerque to address the aging tar & gravel roof. Our team began by removing the existing gravel and old roofing membrane to expose the structural sheathing. We prepared the surface for a modern, durable system that provides better protection against the elements. We installed high-performance 60 mil Versico TPO membrane over a custo EPS taper slope to improve the roof's drainage. Every seam was carefully heat-welded, and we meticulously flashed around the existing HVAC units and ventilation pipes to ensure a watertight seal. This updated roofing system offers long-term durability for New Mexico's high-desert climate.
