We completed a full residential roof replacement for this single-story home in Albuquerque. Our crew addressed the structure from the plywood decking up, installing new Oakridge Shasta white asphalt shingles and high-quality underlayment across the entire surface. During the process, we updated critical ventilation and sealing points, including the installation of a new turbine vent. We applied fresh sealant around the white stucco chimney base and resealed all the pipes to reinforce the transitions against moisture penetration. The finished project provides the home with a durable roofing system designed for long-term performance.
