We performed a series of targeted repairs on this residential concrete tile roof in Albuquerque to address moisture intrusion. Our team identified the leak area. We carefully removed the tile, installed new battens, and heavy-duty tile underlayment to protect the decking. The pipe flashings were also replaced to prevent leaks. Then the tile was put back in place.
