We performed a detailed metal roof maintenance and skylight installation on this metal roof in Albuquerque. We addressed the existing corrugated metal panels, focusing on sealing penetrations and reinforcing the valley flashing where debris had accumulated. Our team also replaced the cracked skylight with a new double domed skylight.
