We completed a comprehensive TPO roof replacement for this flat-roofed home in Albuquerque. Our team removed the existing weathered material, inspected the substrate, and replaced damaged OSB and plywood decking to ensure a solid foundation. We then installed fanfold underlayment and 60 mil TPO membrane per the manufacturer's specifications. To provide a long-term waterproof seal, we meticulously flashed all roof penetrations, including HVAC units, plumbing vents, and electrical conduits. We also installed new domed skylights and sealed the transition points where the roof meets the stucco parapet walls. The finished system offers a durable roof that will protect the home for decades to come.
