We completed a full roof replacement in Albuquerque, transitioning from a failing gravel surface to a high-efficiency TPO membrane. Our team stripped the old layers down to the original decking, replacing damaged wood as needed. New curbs were built, and the old skylight was replaced. We installed fanfold underlayment per the manufacturer's specifications and Tan TPO membrane. This durable new system provides a clean, energy-efficient solution for the property.
