We completed a roof makeover on this shed in Albuquerque. Our team stripped back damaged asphalt shingles and old underlayment to the original decking. We prioritized a clean and stable substrate before installing any new materials to guarantee long-term performance for the homeowners. High-temperature underlayment was installed to withstand the heat under the new 26-gauge metal roof. The shed roof was done in the same color metal as the mansards on the main house that our team installed last year.
