We completed a comprehensive roof replacement for this residential property in Albuquerque. Our team performed a full tear-off of the existing aged modified bitumen roofing. The 3 previous layers of roofing had never been removed. They were removed, and the decking was inspected. Repairing the areas of deteriorated wood decking was completed before installing the custom EPS slope. A new 60 mil Versico TPO roofing system was laid over the new slope to ensure long-term weather protection for the home. This ensures that the roof meets building code and manufacturer's specifications. We also replaced several outdated skylights with new white-domed units. The old scoria roof on the sloped section was removed and replaced with high-temperature underlayment and new metal panels. Our team replaced the flashing around the stucco chimney and plumbing vents. The finished project provides a durable, leak-proof solution that significantly enhances the overall appearance of the home.
