We got a call from this homeowner’s insurance company to perform a 3rd party inspection. This homeowner had previously filed a claim with a storm chasing roofing company. Their insurance wanted another professional to perform an inspection, take hand measurements, and provide an estimate. We followed up with the homeowner after a few weeks and learned that our inspection helped get their roof bought! Unfortunately, the storm chasers had the homeowner on contract, but we are happy to have been able to help!
