We completed mold remediation for a residential construction project in Janesville after microbial growth was identified on exposed OSB and floor joists during the build phase. To better understand the conditions, laboratory testing was performed to determine the types and levels of mold spores present. Our team then completed a thorough cleaning of the affected unfinished basement and interior framing areas, including exposed wood framing, floor joists, and subflooring. The remediation process included HEPA vacuuming affected structural surfaces, applying antimicrobial treatment with precision sprayers, and encapsulating the treated areas to help reduce the risk of future microbial growth.
