We completed a full residential roof replacement for this home in Atwater, Ohio. Our team performed a total tear-off of the aged shingles and conducted thorough inspections of the underlying roof deck. During the process, we addressed several areas of compromised sheathing by installing new OSB and planking to ensure a solid foundation for the new materials. For the new installation, we utilized Copper Canyon dimensional asphalt shingles paired with Atlas Summit underlayment and Grace Ice & Water Shield for superior moisture protection. We also replaced multiple skylights and meticulously flashed the chimney with a custom saddle to prevent future leaks.
