COMMERCIAL REROOF 24 GUAGE MEDIUM BRONZE 1-1/2" MECHANICAL SEAM "ZEBRA METHOD"

The original roof, which had remained with only underlayment for several years, was carefully removed to prepare for a high-quality, durable roofing system. We installed a 24-gauge medium bronze 1-1/2" mechanical seam metal roof, ensuring superior strength and longevity. For the underlayment, we utilized the "Zebra Method," incorporating 30lb felt along with a UL Class A fire barrier to enhance fire resistance and overall system performance.
