Air System Mitigation

EASE provided labor and materials for removal of a rodent carcass and odor mitigation. Containment was set, drywall was removed to locate the carcass, and all affected areas were cleaned with biocide and disinfectant. Damaged ceiling tiles and insulation were removed, and the ceiling grid was cleaned as needed. Construction services included drywall repairs, painting, and reinstallation of ceiling tiles and insulation.
